Tex-Mex Seasoning

The essential spice for nearly all Mexican food. *I usually double the recipe listed below so that I always have it on hand.


  • 3 tbsps. plus 2 tsps. ground cumin
  • 3 tbsps. granulated garlic
  • 2 tbsps. salt
  • 1 tbsp. coarse ground black pepper Source

Mix all ingredients together and store in an airtight container.
