The essential spice for nearly all Mexican food. *I usually double the recipe listed below so that I always have it on hand.
- 3 tbsps. plus 2 tsps. ground cumin
- 3 tbsps. granulated garlic
- 2 tbsps. salt
- 1 tbsp. coarse ground black pepper Source
Mix all ingredients together and store in an airtight container.
